About Me ✨

Hi, I’m Natalia 👋

I’m an endurance athlete and running coach specialising across the full spectrum, from 5K racing to ultra-distance, with a particular love for trail + mountain racing.

I’ve competed in everything from fast road events to technical trail marathons, and I now coach runners who want to improve with purpose: smarter training, better confidence, and learning the “why” behind what they’re doing.

Athlete Profile

I race across:

I genuinely love the variety of endurance sport: speed, strength, hills, grit, pacing… all of it. My training reflects that too.

Personal Bests

5K: 18:11 ⚡

Marathon: 2:51 🚀

Trail & Ultra Racing

I’ve raced multiple trail and mountain events, including trail marathons, long-distance races, and technical terrain.

Coaching Philosophy

As a coach, I specialise in supporting runners who are ready to learn and improve, not just follow a plan.

I’m a huge running nerd (in the best way) and I love helping athletes truly understand training: pacing, intensity, recovery, fuelling, confidence and race strategy. My goal isn’t just to make you faster, but to help you become the kind of runner who knows what they’re doing and why it works.

I especially love coaching runners who want to:

My Running Story

Before running, I was a competitive swimmer. I started swimming at age 5, trained through my teenage years, and competed at a high level. When I was 17, I quit competitive swimming and shifted into fitness. I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and that’s where my obsession with training really began.

When I moved to the UK for university, I discovered running… but not on the road. I started with trail races and mountain races, and I fell in love with the adventure and the challenge. That’s also when I began working with a running coach and learned how structured training can completely change what you’re capable of.

After about a year, I started incorporating road running too, and that opened a new side of performance for me: speed development, pacing mastery, and racing progression.

Last year I ran my first road marathon, but I already had experience from multiple trail marathons. Now I race and train across both road and trail, and I love helping other runners do the same.
